Terms of Service
Last updated: June 1, 2026
By using Yepper you agree to these terms. The short version: be decent to other people, don’t break the law with our app, and we can suspend accounts that do.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating a Yepper account or using the Yepper app, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use Yepper. By using Yepper you represent that you meet that requirement.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account.
- Provide accurate information when registering. Impersonation is grounds for suspension.
- One account per person. Don’t create accounts to evade a previous suspension.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Yepper to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, dox, or impersonate any person.
- Post or organize illegal activity, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that incites violence.
- Spam, scrape, scan, or attempt to overwhelm the service.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract our source code or models.
- Use Yepper to violate any applicable law or any third party’s rights.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the events, photos, comments, and other content you post. By posting it, you grant Yepper a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it solely so we can operate the service (e.g. showing your event to attendees, caching your avatar for fast loads). This license ends when you delete the content or your account.
You are responsible for the content you post. Don’t post anything you don’t have the right to share.
6. Suspension and termination
We can suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that endanger other users. You can close your own account at any time from Profile → Account → Delete account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability, etc.) will survive.
7. Service “as is”
Yepper is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yepper and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed US$100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of Yepper after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
